Stressors are just a part of living. They simply occur in our daily lives and there’s often nothing we can do about them. While it is true that we can’t do anything to really help their existence, we can change the way we view them. Stressors can inflate themselves in your mind and become objects of anxiety and terror, but by keeping your footing firm in courage and not letting emotion overtake your founding principles, you can calm yourself down. When you do that, the monster of stressors within your mind doesn’t seem so big anymore.
